Camberwell Removals is a south-London removals team built around SE5. We move the flats, terraces and Georgian houses of this patch, the studios and small businesses that make it what it is, and the households heading further afield — across the Channel to France, Italy, Spain and Portugal.

We started with local moves and we still love them — there is something satisfying about knowing a patch so well you can predict where the van will and will not fit before you have seen the street. Camberwell rewards that. The Grove needs a plan; the mansion blocks by the Green need lift bookings; the streets near the College are full of makers whose work needs proper protection, not guesswork.
The European side grew out of the same thing. People we had moved locally started asking us to take them abroad, and we learned the routes, the ferries and — since Brexit — the customs paperwork properly, so we could do it without hand-waving. We would rather tell you plainly what a move involves than promise the earth and disappoint you on the day.
What you get either way is a small team that turns up when it says, wraps things like they are our own, and does not spring surprise charges once the van is loaded. That is the whole pitch. No jargon, no upselling — just a move done well.
